They are seeking a Claims Contract Attorney to join a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters, providing critical support in analyzing claim documents and responding to inquiries from claimants and counsel.

Responsibilities
The attorneys will perform various duties including but not limited to:
Analyzing claim documents
Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel
Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project co-ordinators, and/or other project team members
Best-in-class” customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients. The highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work are required
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Attention to detail

Flexibility
Customer service approach
Attention to detail, effective communication, ability to work independently
Preferred
Litigation experience preferred
Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
