Ability to write documentation from scratch, not just edit existing documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or a related field
experience as a Technical Writer in Networking, Telecom, Cloud, or Storage industries
Experience working with DITA/XML using the Oxygen XML Editor
Proficient in creating videos using the Adobe Acrobat Suite
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with experience in using styles and macros highly desirable
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining document quality
Ability to write documentation from scratch, not just edit existing documents
