Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core
Design / Architect and implement microservices that are secure, scalable, and resilient
Work with RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL or SQL Server) to design efficient schemas, queries, and stored procedures
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
Utilize AI coding assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code) to enhance productivity, code reviews, and solution design
Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub
Track and manage tasks effectively using Jira
Develop and debug applications in Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS cloud infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in backend development with C# and .NET Core
Proven experience designing and deploying microservices architectures
Hands‑on experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for deployment and scaling
Proficiency with GitHub for version control and Jira for project tracking
Comfortable working in Visual Studio / VS Code environments
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
Collaborate with front-end developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver features
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality
Preferred
Experience in AI‑native development workflows (prompt engineering, AI‑assisted debugging, automated documentation)
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for innovation
Ability to influence technical direction and champion AI‑first engineering culture
