Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements
Map business needs to Maximo functionalities for optimal fitment
Explain Maximo capabilities and best practices to business users
Write detailed user stories and functional specification documents
Collaborate with the Maximo Solution Architect to refine user stories for solutioning and development
Prepare UAT test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business teams
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Assist business in defining a Maximo roadmap for future enhancements and upgrades
Provide guidance on leveraging Maximo for process optimization and compliance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IBM Maximo implementations or upgrades
Strong understanding of Gas Utilities domain processes (asset management, work management, regulatory compliance)
Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and its key functionalities
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Experience in UAT planning and execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
