Required
Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with proficiency in pro-audio and musical instrument systems
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and engage with clients in both English and Spanish
Sales expertise, including understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and achieving sales goals
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a capacity to maintain a professional, customer-first approach
Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment while achieving individual targets
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Preferred
Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is considered a plus
Passion for pro-audio and musical instruments is highly beneficial
