Finetco is a family-owned construction design and supply corporation dedicated to providing high-quality building products. The AP/Office Admin role is essential for managing accounts payable processes and supporting administrative operations to ensure efficient workplace functionality.

Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and timely
Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, and others regarding purchases
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs such as BisTrack
Manage vendor accounts, including setting up new vendors and resolving payment discrepancies
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Maintain organized financial and administrative records, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements
Support internal teams with administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts payable or office administration roles
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience working in a corporate office environment
Certification in bookkeeping or office administration is a plus
