Responsibilities

Leads, directs, and coordinates the activities of hourly workforce
Review current blueprints, material requisition, etc
Responsible for personnel items such as new hires, promotions, discharges, etc
Monitors work areas
Vacation and attendance tracking/approval
Maintains all training documents

Required

Ability to work independently and self-direct
Ability to work well in group problem-solving situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate with others to solve and analyze technical information in order to find resolution
Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing setting
3-5 years managerial experience in a fast paced environment
Intermediate computer skills - JDE, Kronos, Microsoft Office, etc
Process Improvement
Machine operations, welding processes, finning
