Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and contracts
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
Facilitate communication between clients and attorneys
Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and exhibits
Assist in filing procedures and court submissions
Provide administrative support including scheduling and correspondence
Collaborate with litigation teams to ensure successful case outcomes
Manage compliance and evidence management processes
Support with legal writing and documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Proficient in contract review and document preparation
Strong understanding of filing procedures and litigation support
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Experience with case management and trial preparation
Preferred
Notary Public certification is a plus
Knowledge of compliance and evidence management practices
