Responsibilities
Build relationships with community connectors who regularly recommend local experiences, including: Hotel and residential building concierges, Real estate agents, Travel agents, Airbnb hosts, Colleges and campus organizations
Introduce the app as a tool for discovering and sharing curated local events, walks, and destinations
Attend local events and community gatherings to make introductions and grow awareness
Act as a friendly, well-spoken brand ambassador in the field
Support onboarding and answer questions about how to use the platform
Share feedback from partners and the community to help inform product improvements
Qualification
Required
Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people in person
Not sales-focused—this role is about relationships and awareness, not closing deals
Well-spoken and professional, with a natural ability to make introductions. You enjoy connecting people to each other and valuable resources
Familiar with New York City and its neighborhoods, shopping scene, and local events
Genuinely interested in community, culture, and independent businesses
Organized and reliable, able to manage conversations and follow-ups
Taste-driven and thoughtful about what makes experiences feel worth recommending
Preferred
Ideally experienced in partnerships, community management, hospitality, real estate, events, or local marketing
A true personal interest in discovering new stores, events, or neighborhood gems
