Responsibilities
Seek opportunities from Sorenson Engineering personnel to expand knowledge of production operations
Actively endeavor to retain knowledge shared by Sorenson Engineering personnel
Assist with engineering activities pertinent to the department assigned
Provide daily updates to management on progress of learning
Qualification
Required
Must be able to demonstrate an interest in sound knowledge of the theoretical principles of the degree obtained
Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
Must be able to effectively work with data and data software to learn how to provide conclusions from data analysis
Strong interest in pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or STEM field
Must be able to periodically walk and or travel to other areas of the plant
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with help
Must have good eyesight and hand dexterity
Must be able to identify and distinguish colors
