Responsibilities
Responsible for all day-to-day operations of Human Resources for SEi
Works closely with Senior Management to provide quality oversight, support and expertise about personnel matters, laws, industry trends, government regulations, health, and safety
Serves as a link between management and employees by handling personnel development and helping to resolve work-related problems
An entry-level position administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS platforms
Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation skills to manage and de-escalate workplace issues effectively
High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and maintain employee trust
Experience supporting change initiatives and helping teams adapt to evolving business needs
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Experience in a Human Resources function, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to access and navigate each department of the facility
Must occasionally exert push force up to 20 pounds
Must have good eyesight and hand dexterity, and be able to identify and distinguish colors
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
