New Grad, Entry LevelLandbouw MFG is an American manufacturer of agricultural replacement parts and custom OEM components, seeking a Junior Mechanical Drafter / CAD Designer to learn, grow, and build a career in manufacturing. In this in-person role, the candidate will create and update 2D manufacturing drawings, assist with 3D CAD models, and support reverse engineering of existing parts.

Responsibilities
Create and update 2D manufacturing drawings (laser, brake, weldments, assemblies)
Assist with 3D CAD models and assemblies
Help support reverse engineering of existing parts
Make drawing revisions based on feedback from production and supervisors
Learn best practices for manufacturable design and documentation
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of mechanical drafting
Experience with 3D CAD software
Willingness to learn and take direction
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in an in-person manufacturing environment
Technical school, community college, or equivalent experience encouraged
Internship, co-op, or school projects welcome
Preferred
SolidWorks preferred; Inventor or Fusion considered
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
