Umbrex is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple roles and clients. This hands-on role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and approaches recruiting with an entrepreneurial mindset, influencing hiring strategy and managing candidate pipelines effectively.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and industries, from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to clarify needs, priorities, and hiring strategy
Source, engage, and close candidates using LinkedIn and modern recruiting tools
Evaluate resumes and profiles with strong judgment and business context
Conduct high-quality candidate screens and manage candidate pipelines proactively
Drive a high-touch, professional candidate experience with timely communication and follow-ups
Manage competing priorities and searches in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and outcomes in ATS/CRM systems
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve recruiting workflows and processes
Leverage AI tools, automation, and data to increase speed and effectiveness
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Act with urgency, persistence, and accountability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
High sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and execute independently
Entrepreneurial mindset—you think like an owner, not an order-taker
Confidence engaging candidates by phone, email, and LinkedIn
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without dropping the ball
Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight
Persistence and follow-through—you don't wait to be reminded

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and close candidates
Exposure to consulting, healthcare, technology, or professional services roles
Experience With (or Willingness to Master) LinkedIn Recruiter / sourcing tools
Experience With (or Willingness to Master) ATS, CRM, or HRIS platforms
Experience With (or Willingness to Master) Google Workspace
Experience With (or Willingness to Master) AI tools for recruiting, sourcing, or productivity
