Responsibilities
Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas
Represent the needs of the user and help internal stakeholders understand and respond to those needs
Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration
Conduct secondary market research
Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions
Develop product roadmap by achieving alignment with key stakeholders and execute to achieve aligned outcomes
Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog
Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types
Drive trade-off discussions between scope and schedule Identify risks within a product and develop mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology
Requires 6 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship
Requires advanced capabilities and experience writing business requirements, user stories, and epics for complex products
Requires expertise and thought leadership in Utilization Management and Prior Authorization solutions
Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable
Experience managing an Agile backlog desired
Experience leading and facilitating a cross-functional team or forum desired
