Responsibilities
Responsible for developing embedded flash memory technology, including process integration, device optimization, design rule scaling, failure analysis, and yield improvement
Manages technical projects with cross-functional teams to achieve process setup, test chip tape out, silicon validation, yield demonstration, and reliability qualification within tight deadlines
Interfaces with foundries, IDMs, and design houses
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge on advanced-node CMOS process integration and device physics
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifunctional, and multi-time-zone teams
BS with MS or PhD degree preferred in E.E. or related engineering major, with at least 15+ years of semiconductor process integration experiences
Preferred
Non-volatile memory technology development experience highly desirable
Flash memory array characterization experience will be plus
TCAD, PDK, circuit design, layout, device/product characterization, reliability, and qualification knowledge highly desirable
