Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including accurate data entry, file organization, and document management for contracts, invoices, and talent records
Maintain shared calendars and schedule meetings, calls, and virtual events across multiple time zones; coordinate meeting logistics and circulate agendas/materials
Serve as primary point of contact for routine email and phone inquiries; triage requests, escalate issues, and follow up to resolution
Process invoices, basic bookkeeping support, and expense tracking in coordination with finance; prepare and route documents for approvals
Support remote onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintain contact lists and distribution groups, and update internal SOPs and checklists
Coordinate with production and marketing teams on logistics for virtual/in-person events, delivering timely administrative support to meet deadlines
