Required

Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
Previous experience in a banking environment
The ability to drive a high-performing culture focused on great customer and business outcomes
Experience coaching, training, and motivating others to deliver exceptional service
Knowledge of day-to-day branch operations
A strong understanding of consumer credit and lending principles
The ability to build trust, rapport, and long-lasting relationships
A genuine desire to help individuals achieve their goals
