Responsibilities
Monitor progress and ensure quality and schedule compliance
Develop work instructions, job aids, and standard work
Write technical specifications for equipment procurement
Design tools and equipment to enhance manufacturing processes
Troubleshoot issues in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Maintain and analyze process recipes across digital platforms
Compile data, prepare reports, and create presentation graphics
Lead Kaizen and Process Excellence events using Lean methodology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively and resolve routine issues
Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement
Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
