Maintain organized records of daily customer interactions
Collaborate with team members and managers to improve outreach and engagement approaches
Use bilingual skills when applicable to assist a diverse customer base
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable engaging with customers and building rapport
Motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Able to perform well in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Willing to learn new products and engagement techniques
Basic computer or mobile device proficiency
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, promotions, or sales is a plus, but not required
