Inputting potential client data into CRM and case management software
Opening new client files in case management software
Helping craft our monthly e-newsletter
Assisting our team with community outreach events and marketing functions
Qualification
Required
Ability to interact with new people via phone, email, and software-based text functions
Tech-savvy
Ability to accomplish defined goals with little or no supervision after one month of training
Computer skills

Willingness to learn and adapt
Passionate about helping people in a time of need
Preferred
Experience in customer service positions
