Responsibilities
Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and help them identify the right homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Conduct at least two open houses per month
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
Participate in weekly script practice and team training sessions
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, Partner Calls, and team activities
Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market homes effectively
Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate professional or actively working toward licensure (we guide you through the process of getting licensed in Alaska)
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales and client service
Excellent at building relationships, listening, and identifying client needs
Willingness to learn proven scripts, dialogues, and sales systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to manage your own schedule
Coachable, growth-minded, and eager to take action on feedback
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
No prior real estate experience required — we provide training, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed from day one
