Develops and maintains employee schedules utilizing current scheduling software
Ensures staffing needs are met
Reconciles staffing needs based on budget approved positions
Assists with employee training and skills validations
Encourages team communication
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices
Able to provide direct care to residents in time of staff absences if needed
Identifies areas for staff training or skills competency
Serves as a clinical expert for staff assistance and support
Supervises staff to ensure quality care and compliance to current policy and procedure

Qualification

MO-License in CNACMTLPNLong Term Care ExperienceManagement ExperienceEmployee Scheduling SoftwareTeam Communication

Required

MO-License in CNA, CMT or LPN

Preferred

Long Term Care Experience preferred
