Regional Community Manager - Affordable Housing
TM Associates has an opportunity for a Regional Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of rural affordable housing communities in Maryland. The role involves managing team members and resources to achieve financial goals and ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements.

Responsibilities
Managing team members, daily activities, and resources of the properties to achieve financial goals and operational performance objectives including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Ensure that the properties within their portfolio remain in compliance with multi-family operations governing bodies as well as affordable housing program requirements
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in Property Management as a District/Regional Manager or an Area Manager overseeing 10+ communities
Employee development and training experience
Budgeting and financial reporting
Preferred
Experience working in affordable housing programs including RD, LIHTC, HOME and Section 8
New construction/Rehab experience
Yardi Voyager Experience
Third party management experience a plus
CPM/COS/TCS/HCCP certification or equivalent
