Claims Adjuster II | AZ, CO, NV & TX

This remote role involves managing a diverse claims caseload, conducting investigations, setting reserves, and ensuring compliance with guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Conducting initial investigations, verifying coverage, determining compensability, and crafting action plans
Setting accurate case reserves using medical knowledge and sound judgment
Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external partners
Accurately evaluating and paying benefits in compliance with state and company guidelines
Coordinating and monitoring medical treatment to drive timely, cost-effective claim progression
Collaborating with defense attorneys and proactively mitigating litigation exposure
Reviewing your caseload regularly to ensure efficient claim resolution
Performing additional related duties as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5 years' experience in Workers' Comp adjusting or insurance
3+ years managing AZ, CO, NV, and/or TX claims at a high, independent level
Ability to manage additional jurisdictions
Strong customer service, communication, and time‑management skills
Knowledge of state Workers' Compensation laws and claim protocols
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
High school diploma required
Preferred
bachelor's degree preferred
WCCP, AIC, ARM, CPCU, or similar insurance designations
