Responsibilities
Lead and manage the preparation of CEQA and NEPA environmental documents
Collaborate with ECORP’s multidisciplinary staff of biologists, archaeologists, paleontologists, air/noise specialists, and other environmental planners
Serve as primary contact for budgeting, scheduling, scope management, and invoicing
Train and mentor junior staff on CEQA/NEPA processes and best practices
Identify business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field
8+ years of CEQA experience, including 3+ years of multidisciplinary management
Strong working knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, CEQA-Plus, and Caltrans requirements
Preferred
Most recent experience should show successful project management for Northern California cities, counties, infrastructure agencies, resource agencies, and/or private developers
Demonstrated confidence in decision-making and expertise in the CEQA process
Excellent verbal and written communication
