Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage and develop each customer account, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
Engage with Project Manager to discuss project requirements, progress, and customer needs
Maintain a professional relationship with customers and vendors, serving as a trusted point of contact
Handle requests for quotes and provide accurate, timely information to customers
Ensure accurate billing for each job and resolve any discrepancies promptly
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the building supply or construction industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in handling quotes, billing processes, and project-related tasks
Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
