Responsibilities
Managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business
Providing outstanding customer service
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests
Qualification
Required
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems
Excellent communication and customer relations skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment
Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry
