Sales Associate / Front Desk
TZ Consulting, LLC is supporting a well-funded clinic acquisition and relaunch. The Sales Associate - Front Desk will manage the patient schedule, convert leads into patients, and shape the client experience as the Med Spa reopens.

Responsibilities
Own the daily patient schedule and patient flow, proactively filling gaps, managing cancelations, and keeping the day running smoothly
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from first interaction through checkout, building relationships and trust
Ensure accuracy across scheduling, intake, consents, and client records
Support revenue through service-first education on memberships, packages, and next steps
Follow up with leads and existing clients via phone/text to drive bookings, rebooking, and retention
Qualification
Required
Comfort owning a fast-moving schedule and client flow in real time while maintaining a polished, hospitality-forward experience
Experience working the front desk in a med spa, wellness, beauty, or spa environment, focused on sales and marketing
Confident communicator (in person, phone, and text) who can follow up with leads and guide clients to next steps in a service-first way
Tech-savvy with scheduling/EMR systems and high attention to detail for documentation and financial/checkout accuracy
Preferred
Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, scheduling, or sales
Zenoti experience and/or familiarity with memberships, packages, and consult-based service environments
