Responsibilities
Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation working with a highly collaborative product, design and engineering team
Build new products using the latest and greatest tech such as such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more
Experiment, assess and integrate with various tech platforms and vendors that help us deliver value faster
Lay the foundation for our engineering standard so that we can successfully scale our team and business
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software engineering experience
Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
Customer-obsessed, creative and hungry
Ability to take high-level business/product ideas to deployed engineering solutions
Independent yet kind and highly collaborative
Experience standing up and managing infrastructure
Comfortable and excited to mentor multiple engineers
Preferred
Experience with TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more
