Responsibilities
Lead and manage rapid response projects from initiation through completion
Quickly assess situations, define objectives, and create actionable project plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
Utilize capacity, material availability, and labor competency data to ensure execution readiness
Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
Act as the primary point of contact during crisis or rapid response operations
Facilitate clear communication between leadership, manufacturing sites, and stakeholders
Identify risks and bottlenecks in real time and implement mitigation strategies
Track KPIs, deliverables, and outcomes
Conduct post-response evaluations and develop after-action reports to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Emergency Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a plant management role
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in crisis management, emergency response, or fast-paced manufacturing environments
Proven success managing high-pressure projects with tight timelines
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder teams and managing budgets
Strong leadership and consensus-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities
Proficiency in project management tools
Preferred
PMP certification is preferred
Fluent in English (Spanish is an added asset)
