Mid LevelWhiteHawk Inc is seeking an Advisory Services Solutions Architect to manage the review, acquisition, and onboarding of cyber security vendors and their products and services. The role involves collaborating with the Advisory Services team and the Dev Team to ensure effective vendor onboarding and the development of a living technical framework for WH Cyber Security Products and Services.

Responsibilities
Report directly to the Director of Product Development and Services
Working with the Dev Team, research optimal cyber security products and services that map to, enable, and are affordable for WH SMB target customers
As needed, conduct product and service review conversations with Vendors to assess and understand their offerings
Conduct Technical or Purchasing Deep Dive conversations with Vendors to further vet and transition offerings to be easily tailored and purchased online by either WH customer company or WH Senior Analyst
Partner with Advisory Services team in the development of the living technical framework and portal for efficient and effective Vendor Onboarding
Ensure the development and execution of vendor life cycle lead development and management
Ensure the development and execution of Payment workflow management
Work across WH departments to provide insight for existing and new products and services in the online vendor marketplace
Stay on top of Vendor product and service trends
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by direct Supervisor
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT Management or related technical/engineering field
Experience in Business or Sales and Technical Applications
Excellent writing skills with the ability to develop processes and communicate with a variety of stakeholders
The ability to innovate and make connections between and across our Vendors, trends in the field, and our target customer market
Proficient in time, lead and account management
Self driven work ethic
