Responsibilities
Lead the lifecycle of facility capital projects, from long-term planning and budgeting to final execution and delivery
Direct internal engineering departments, ensuring resource allocation aligns with operational goals and safety standards
Partner with cross-functional leads (Quality, Maintenance, and Production) to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and enhance equipment reliability
Manage external vendors and specialized contractors to ensure third-party work meets internal technical and safety specifications
Serve as the subject matter expert for complex troubleshooting and the development of standardized maintenance procedures for sophisticated machinery
Identify and implement technical upgrades to improve system accuracy and workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
Extensive experience managing engineering teams and large-scale industrial projects within a manufacturing setting
Strong track record of delivering complex technical initiatives on strict timelines and budgets
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure
Ability to bridge the gap between technical details and executive-level business objectives
Comfortable leading through change and promoting a culture of accountability and safety
