Farming
Responsibilities
Ensure everything runs smoothly and safely at the facility
Keep the facility and equipment clean and in top operational condition
Coordinate major repairs and enhancements with the Operations Manager
Monitor seasonal product inventories and manage all purchasing and invoicing processes
Oversee grain quality, inventory, and reports
Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews for the team
Ensure safety policies are followed
Collaborate closely with various business divisions to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service
Provide customers with grain bids and manage contracts while promoting the company's products and services
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to create and present ideas
Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
Proficient computer skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to promote a safe work environment
Related experience in the agricultural industry
A valid driver's license and a good driving record
Preferred
