Responsibilities
Engage students actively in lessons by applying diverse teaching and learning methods, utilising locally available resources and materials
Build positive and healthy relationships with students, faculty, and parents to foster a supportive and high-quality learning environment
Adapt teaching methodologies to meet the unique learning needs of students while ensuring the overall progress of the class in alignment with the Government of Nepal’s curriculum
Monitor, assess, and record student progress, identifying both challenges and areas that require additional support and improvement
Revise and adapt lesson plans regularly to address specific student needs, incorporate new guidelines or policies, and integrate recent developments in education
Plan and prepare project proposals to support school growth and transformation to develop model schools
Participate actively in community meetings to share ideas, contribute to discussions, and support the improvement of UWS schools and the wider community
Support community teachers in enhancing their teaching skills by introducing effective and innovative methods for delivering subject content
Qualification
Required
Valid Nepali Citizenship
Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Willingness to commit 2 years to the Fellowship Program
Excellent English and Nepali Speaking and writing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in teamwork
Desire to learn and grow
