Responsibilities
Help families plan for their future and protect themselves against life’s unexpected events
Ensure that clients are not left struggling with mortgage payments or other bills
Provide solutions to clients' needs using the agency's systems
Work with clients who want help and meet them virtually via Zoom, FaceTime, etc
Receive support, training, and guidance from experienced sales professionals
Participate in a team-based atmosphere with a focus on work-life balance
Qualification
Required
Motivated individuals who want to take control of their future
Ability to work remotely and meet with clients virtually
Willingness to obtain a state license (if not already licensed)
Desire to learn the sales process and connect with people
Ability to work in a team-based atmosphere
Commitment to helping families plan for their future and protect against unexpected events
Preferred
Experience in sales (not required, as training is provided)
Previous experience in a customer service role
Interest in personal development and growth
