Responsibilities

Process DMV title and registration paperwork for dealership sales and refinance transactions in all 50 states

Identify deal type and perform audits in accordance with standard operating procedures

Assess whether correct title documents were generated to support the transaction setup

Accurately complete and submit title and registration documents per jurisdiction-specific requirements

Perform quality assurance checks prior to submission to the appropriate jurisdiction

Utilize title and registration management systems such as VITU, WebDealer, and Dealertrack

Manage files through completion, including contacting DMV offices or customers to obtain additional documentation or information when required

Meet established productivity and quality standards

Perform other duties as assigned within the production scope
