Responsibilities
Daily assistance/interaction with team members and/or visitors
Maintain attendance and vacation tracker up to date. Prepare corrective actions and email them to supervisors/managers
Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Assist with recruitment and onboarding process
Register new employees on timeclock
Prepares new-employee folders/files
Assist with monthly employee engagement and community activities
Update bulletin boards (as needed)
Update Verkada (as needed)
Update Custom Fit (as needed)
Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proficient data entry skills
Excellent customer service, phone, and email etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Flexibility to effectively manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
