They are seeking a licensed Texas real estate professional to take on a growth-focused leadership role, emphasizing business development, agent recruiting, and operational support.

Responsibilities
Help identify and build relationships with referral partners, employers, property managers, and industry contacts
Support business development efforts tied to new markets and partnerships
Assist with outreach and follow-up on strategic opportunities
Support recruiting of licensed real estate agents across Texas
Conduct initial conversations with interested candidates
Help improve and streamline the onboarding experience
Assist with documenting and improving internal processes
Support CRM usage, onboarding workflows, and operational organization
Work closely with leadership on day-to-day growth initiatives
Opportunity to work apartment locating, residential sales, or referral deals
Production is optional but available for those who want it
Qualification
Required
Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Interest in operations, recruiting, or brokerage growth
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Organized, proactive, and professional
Preferred
Prior experience in recruiting, partnerships, or team leadership is a plus but not required
