Answer and direct incoming telephone communications
Maintain the Front Desk Reception area
Greet customers and direct them to service areas, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas
Contact salespersons for customer assistance
Order necessary supplies when authorized by managers
Perform other clerical duties as assigned to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership
Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor towards customers and other employees
