Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planning professionals
Meet KPI for SCM (on-time-delivery, revenue attainment, order scheduling, excess & obsolete, etc.)
Collaborate with other functions to communicate priorities, strategies, and close operational gaps
Accountable to position supply required to meet new product milestones & demand ramp, while minimizing supply risk
Lead resolution of issues to meet customer success or enable decisions
Drive robust tool development to manage complex planning, BOM, and inventory flows
Advocate and drive continuous improvement & change management process design to increase team’s productivity and scale
Qualification
Required
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planning professionals

Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or other related technical degree
Preferred
Proven experience in business/ operations, and Product planning
Know-how of supply chain theory and processes, operational execution & operations needs are critical
Demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization
Prior management experiences in building and running high performance teams
Strong experience with SAP, Rapid Response a plus
