Responsibilities
Engage directly with the public at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, donors, and community members
Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, campaign objectives, and fundraising goals
Answer questions confidently while delivering accurate and engaging information
Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
Build and maintain positive relationships with supporters, partners, and local communities
Represent the company with a professional, upbeat, and welcoming attitude
Qualification
Required
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with new people
Strong verbal communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
