Entry-Level Customer Support

Vincere Management Group is excited to announce an opening for an Entry-Level Customer Support position at their bustling downtown office. The successful candidate will assist with daily customer interactions, ensuring all clients receive first-class service while developing professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Close out or open call records
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Required

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Experience Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree; further education in Customer Service or related fields is a plus
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as managing files and records
