Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic OpTime / Anesthesia Analyst to support a healthcare client’s perioperative clinical systems. This role serves as the subject matter expert and technical lead for Epic OpTime and Anesthesia, supporting system build, optimization, and high-level break/fix escalation across surgical and procedural workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications
Support perioperative workflows including scheduling, registration, billing, and patient throughput
Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and vendors to resolve complex issues
Provide advanced break/fix support and troubleshoot application issues
Create and execute test scripts and participate in user acceptance testing
Support Epic upgrades, new releases, and optimization following ITIL processes
Collaborate with technical teams to identify infrastructure-related issues
Assist with other Epic modules as needed

Required

Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in OpTime and/or Anesthesia
5+ years of experience supporting Epic or healthcare IT systems
Strong knowledge of perioperative clinical workflows and information systems
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Experience supporting Epic implementations or large healthcare environments

Preferred

ITIL Foundation certification
Epic Certification, Accreditation, or Proficiency in related Epic modules
5–7+ years of Epic clinical systems experience
Experience with EHR configuration and online scheduling design
