The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to escalate incidents when necessary.

Responsibilities
Keep records of machine performance
Understand and recognize the need to escalate incidents when necessary and/or request additional assistance from more tenured representatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the team using strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Qualification
Required
Candidate needs to pass Radiation and High Voltage Safety Training that will be provided
Frequent use and application of technical documentation, standards, principles, concepts, and techniques in the field
Uses acquired job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks
Sound knowledge of and professional technical experience with PC based systems
Minimum: HS Degree or Equivalent
Ability to follow defined protocols
Proficient with PC
Proficient communication with team of Engineers and subject matter team members
Strong documentation skills
Minimum 0-1 years
Preferred
Experience Level with Business Tools: Familiar with business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Outlook
Good record documentation
Medical Linux, radiation safety, high voltage safety
Familiarity with medical linear accelerator is a plus
