They are currently looking to add to their team of consultants under their Payroll/HCM practice, assisting an ADP client with extracting employee data from their current WinTeams system.

Responsibilities
Work with client team to review current system utilization, locations of required data, and scope of extraction requirements
Provide expertise around data mapping requirements
Assist the client with extracting all necessary master and balance information for import/validation/testing/parallels
Communicate with Client Team and ADP Implementation Team providing timely updates on work product
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in the extracting and mapping of data to ADP Lyric
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive solutions around best data extraction methodologies
Preferred
Familiarity with WinTeams system is a plus
