Responsibilities
Track and document all incoming and processed returns
Open, inspect, and assess each return for damage, completeness, and warranty eligibility
Test returned equipment to confirm functionality and customer-reported issues
Record and update item details in the inventory management software
Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate material reconciliation
Coordinate warranty claims and replacements with manufacturers
Partner with third-party vendors to maintain quality control and consistent production flow
Manage the collection, storage, and shipment of obsolete or defective equipment for responsible recycling
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with inventory or data tracking systems preferred
