Responsibilities
Transaction Analysis - Analyze securitization and asset-based lending structures, extracting key insights from reports, legal documentation, and transaction mechanics to optimize investment strategies
Data Integration & Modeling - Work with large datasets, mapping data sources to Cardo AI’s proprietary financial models. Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools is a plus, but training will be provided
Client Collaboration - Act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, delivering tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and returns
Cross-Functional Engagement - Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless process implementation
Client Ownership and Mentorship
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in structured finance, securitizations, leveraged finance, or asset-based lending
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
A problem-solving mindset and ability to drive projects forward autonomously
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for client interaction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL and other tools is preferred, but we offer training
Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools is a plus, but training will be provided
