Bookkeeper / Real Estate Administrator
Parkvue Realty is a well-established real estate brokerage seeking a Bookkeeper / Real Estate Administrator. The ideal candidate will manage financial data, oversee accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Conduct monthly bank reconciliation
Ensure timely processing of payroll
Assist with property management tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree a plus
1+ years of experience in related field
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented
