Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Partners Professional is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support the alignment of business objectives with employees and management. Responsibilities

Conduct regular check-ins with assigned business units to assess needs and provide day-to-day HR support
Partner with managers to provide guidance, training, and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Assist senior HR team members with coaching, mentoring, and limited supervisory support as needed
Support employee relations matters, including participation in investigations and preparation of documentation
Assist in analyzing HR metrics and trends to support the development of HR programs, policies, and process improvements
Maintain awareness of state and federal employment laws to support compliance and accurate recordkeeping
Provide initial performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and career development support
Collaborate with management and employees to foster positive working relationships and improve morale and engagement
Interpret HR policies and provide guidance to employees and leadership
Support drafting of contract terms for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers under the guidance of senior HR staff
Participate in workforce planning discussions and assist in identifying training and development needs
Support evaluation of training programs to ensure alignment with business objectives
Perform other related HR duties as assigned

Required

2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, with hands-on exposure to employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization in both Spanish and English fluently
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to interpret, apply, and explain HR policies, procedures, and employment practices with confidence
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess trends and support HR initiatives
Working knowledge of organizational structures and core HR practices
Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, or the ability to learn quickly within the first 30 days
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
SHRM-CP certification preferred, or willingness to pursue certification within one year
