Represent Capital Remodeling at local events, festivals, and high-traffic venues
Engage with homeowners to schedule complimentary design consultations
Conduct door-to-door outreach in selected neighborhoods to generate valuable leads
Share our brand story and demonstrate how we help people love their homes again
Serve as a brand ambassador, equipped with the necessary tools and training for success
Qualification
Required
An energetic, confident, and outgoing personality, with a passion for engaging with people
Self-motivated and financially driven, comfortable working on a commission basis
Reliable and open to coaching, eager to learn and develop professionally
Team-oriented but also able to thrive when working independently
